Domestic Orders – Australia

All orders are carefully packed and sent within 24 hours of purchase, Monday to Friday. We use Australia Post Registered Mail for all domestic deliveries.

Standard orders are typically shipped within 2 to 3 business days. If you're in the same state, your order should arrive within 4 business days, while interstate deliveries may take between 3 to 6 business days.

Express shipping is available for faster delivery. Expect 1 to 3 business days within the same state, and 2 to 8 business days for interstate. Please note, while we do our best to ship promptly, postal delays can occasionally occur and are beyond our control.

International Orders – Worldwide

We’re delighted to ship worldwide. All international orders are sent via Australia Post Express for a flat rate of $35 AUD.

Delivery timeframes vary by location, and your package may be subject to customs clearance, which could cause additional delays. Please note that any customs duties, fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Local Pickup – Dunsborough, WA

If you’re based near Dunsborough, Western Australia (6281), local pickup is available. Just select the pickup option at checkout and we’ll get in touch to organise a time that suits you.

Returns & Exchanges

At SERENAMOUR, we want you to feel completely in love with every piece you choose. We take great care to provide detailed sizing guides and thoughtful descriptions to help you find your perfect fit.

As a small boutique label, we do not offer refunds unless an item is deemed faulty. However, we’re more than happy to offer a credit note or assist with a size exchange, subject to availability.
